Refunds are not available once a purchase is completed, except when the item is unused, in its original sealed packaging, and returned with the original box within 3 days of purchase. Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund. If your item is still in its original seal, you may request an exchange for another product of equal value, depending on availability in the shop
