Refund & Exchange Policy

At QUTECH we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return or exchange an item. (Draft starter content — please review and adjust before launch.)
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.
Condition of items
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and complete with all accessories.
- Original packaging, manuals and free gifts (if any) must be included.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer to the original purchaser, normally within 7–14 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Exceptions
- Items damaged through misuse, or with missing accessories/packaging.
- Software, consumables and certain personal or hygiene-related items.
- Products with a manufacturer warranty may be handled as a warranty claim instead of a refund.
Delivery charges
Cargo/ferry charges for islands outside Malé and Hulhumalé are non-refundable. Return shipping to us is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
