Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or availability errors and will contact you if your order is affected.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and approved installment plans (MFLC, MIB Ujaalaa Dhiriulhun, BML Islamic). Orders are confirmed once payment or a valid payment arrangement is in place.

Delivery

Delivery to Malé and Hulhumalé is free and usually same-day. Orders to other islands are sent by ferry/boat; timelines and cargo fees depend on the destination.

Warranty

Laptops include a 1 year free warranty. Other products may carry manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorized repairs.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are handled under our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QUTECH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Maldivian courts.
