Important Note

The T86P2K20 is a regional 4G model. Cellular compatibility depends on the LTE bands used by the local mobile operator. Confirm carrier compatibility before purchasing a separate SIM or data plan.

The camera supports both 4G LTE and Wi-Fi, but eufy's current regional FAQ states that switching between these two connection modes is performed manually through the app.

The included SIM card does not mean that unlimited cellular data service is included. Activation, available operators, data packages and ongoing costs depend on the SIM provider and region.

Although a 5G SIM may physically work in supported configurations, the camera itself operates using 4G LTE rather than 5G connectivity.

HomeBase S380 compatibility requires the camera to be connected through Wi-Fi mode. HomeBase functionality is not available while operating solely through 4G LTE.
