Important Note

The advertised AC1750 rating represents the combined theoretical wireless link rates of up to 450Mbps on 2.4GHz plus 1300Mbps on 5GHz. It does not mean that one device will achieve a 1750Mbps internet connection.

Actual Wi-Fi performance depends on your router, internet plan, connected devices, building construction, interference, distance and network conditions.

EasyMesh support can depend on the RE450 hardware version and installed firmware. TP-Link currently lists EasyMesh compatibility for supported versions, but older retail units may use different mesh implementations or may operate only as a conventional range extender. Check the hardware version printed on the box if mesh compatibility is essential.

The RE450 is a Wi-Fi 5 / 802.11ac extender. It is not a Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7 extender.

Plug type varies by region. TP-Link manufactures UK, EU, US and other plug versions, so QUTECH should confirm the plug fitted to its physical stock before publishing the plug type.
