Important Note

RE605X is officially an AX1800 range extender, not AX3000. It provides theoretical wireless rates of up to 1201Mbps on 5GHz and 574Mbps on 2.4GHz.

The advertised AX1800 rating represents the combined theoretical link rates of both Wi-Fi bands. It does not mean that a single device will receive an 1800Mbps internet connection.

TP-Link has released the RE605X in multiple hardware revisions. Dimensions, power consumption, EasyMesh / OneMesh implementation and some firmware features can differ between revisions. Check the hardware version printed on QUTECH's physical retail box when revision-specific specifications are required.

Current V4 documentation lists EasyMesh compatibility. Some older RE605X hardware or regional firmware may instead use TP-Link OneMesh terminology.

Actual Wi-Fi speed and coverage depend on the main router, internet connection, building layout, interference, connected devices and installation position.

Plug type varies by sales region. Confirm the physical plug fitted to QUTECH stock before advertising a specific UK, EU, US or other regional plug.
